Building instead of taking over, you actively shape the establishment of a new production for individual plants and small series.


Job description

  • You lead our plant construction production operationally and coordinate your assembly team

  • You ensure quality, product conformity, and international delivery standards

  • You coordinate material flow, the production of individual plants and small series up to successful delivery

  • You develop MSR technology, complete plants, components, and contribute your ideas to new products

  • You work in the innovation team on prototypes and accompany their tests

  • You continuously develop our quality and documentation processes

  • You create technical documentation, assembly instructions, and maintain master data

Job requirements

  • A technical basic education and further training as a technician HF/FH mechanical engineering/systems engineering, process engineer, industrial master/production manager or equivalent

  • Several years of experience in special machine or plant construction

  • CAD knowledge and a pronounced technical understanding

  • You work in a structured, independent manner and like to get involved yourself

  • You enjoy organizing, taking responsibility, and have the flair to lead people

  • Knowledge in PLC programming is an advantage
